What should I do when the product I want is out of stock?Products displayed on this Website are subject to their availability at the time. Some items may be out of stock or are unavailable and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your order. If this happens, we will refund you the price paid for the products impacted. What are the payment options?You can use your debit or credit card to pay for purchases on the website. The price may vary for all custom-fit/designs, and an invoice will be sent to you for an EFT transfer.

How long until I receive my order?Customers purchasing from our website will have their items delivered to the specified residential or business address provided. All orders received are processed within 2-5 working days of receipt. For delivery in major towns and cities, you can expect 7 – 21 days for delivery. For smaller and rural towns shipping can take up to 10 – 30 working days. No deliveries will be arranged over weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay. If we are experiencing high order volumes, order shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Am I able to customize the garment?Yes, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may provide you with an updated invoice to be paid by you once you have accepted, at an additional fee, your item will be placed into production.
