Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale items (sale, clearance, custom, swimwear, underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange

• Request a Return – Email [your email] with your order number and reason. If eligible, we’ll provide return authorization.
• Ship the Item – Send the item within 7 days of approval. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Processing & Refund – Returns are processed in 5-7 business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• A replacement or refund is issued upon inspection.

Important Notes

• No returns on accessories, bodysuits, or custom-made items.
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

We process and ship orders within 7-14 days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
