Shipping Policy
Customers purchasing any apparel (Loungewear, Co-Ord sets, Golfer shirts, etc.) from our website will have their items delivered to the specified residential or business address provided.
All orders received are processed within 1 working day of receipt. For delivery in major towns and
cities, you can expect 7 – 14 days for delivery. For smaller and rural towns shipping can take up to 14 – 21 working days. No deliveries will be arranged over weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay. If we are experiencing high order volumes, order shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If in the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
If an incorrect product was delivered to you, please do not remove it from its original packaging, or open or use the product in any way. If the packaging has been opened, damaged, and not returned in saleable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange collection and have the correct product delivered to you as soon as possible. Any incorrect delivery remains our property unless agreed to by both parties and specified in writing.
If a parcel arrives partly or completely damaged, you should refuse delivery and write the issues
directly onto the delivery form in the presence of the courier company. If no issue is raised at the point of delivery, and the product is accepted, the parcel will be considered as delivered in good condition and no subsequent complaints will be accepted by us.
Return &
Exchange Policy
Customers may, within 14 days from the day they receive their delivery, request to return the purchased item. All returns must be accompanied with the purchase confirmation or receipt, a full description of the problem, your requested outcome and full contact details.
The goods eligible for return must be in an unworn or unused condition, in original sealed packaging including accessories and tags where applicable and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to recuperate any direct costs of returning delivering and returning the goods.
We reserve the right to inspect the purchased items before we approve a refund. Purchased items that are returned that have been willfully or negligently damaged, scratched, neglected, modified or repaired will not be refunded or exchanged. If a product is eligible for a refund but has not been returned in original condition (e.g. damaged box, missing accessories or manuals), the refund will be processed, less fair depreciation in order to recoup any losses. This will be decided solely by Tainted South Africa (Pty)(Ltd). The deprecated value will be decided subject to the extent of any damage found, the cost of any missing parts and market-related factors.

In the event that a REFUND is due to a customer, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect into your account.
